17th Nov - 8.30am Update

CALOR IT IS NOW BACK ONLINE.  ORDERS ARE  BEING PROCESSED.

 

 

Dear Customers

On Thursday of last week, Calor (not Gottle Gas) experienced a catastrophic IT failure nationally.  They came back online this morning and have again suffered another IT failure.  

This means, for now, that Calor, Gottle and many other distributors have lost visibility on their orders, logistics and delivery scheduling.  Orders simply cannot be processed by Calor despite us sending them through.  Our team can only rely on the information available to us from Calor.

I can assure you that the Gottle team are extremely frustrated by not being able to answer your questions, these are circumstances completely outside of Gottle Gas's control.  

While I appreciate this is a considerable irritation to you we are grateful for your understanding and your recognition that this is outside of our control.
