Further to our earlier news about Calor disruption, please be advised that we have updated our Terms & Conditions, which are online, as follows:
PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
- Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. From 19th March 2021 customers who fail to have the correct number of empties of the same size as their ordered bottle(s) and of Calor brand will incur an aborted delivery charge of £10. This will be deducted from their refund. This charge is only payable when a physical delivery vehicle/driver has made a journey to the customers requested address.
When you agree to our Terms & Conditions (the tick box) on your order you will be accepting these terms regardless of whether you are a domestic consumer or business user.
