Again, Calor have suffered a serious IT failure. This means that they are unable to provide us with information on delivery dates and scheduling. We are assured that they are working hard to fix the problem we appreciate that this is causing a great deal of frustration. Our team are equally frustrated but are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Please understand they are not being evasive or unhelpful, they simply cannot get the answers you need presently from Calor.
