Over recent days we have taken a number of key steps to ensure that our business follows Government advice, our staff remain protected and our service to customers continues as normally as possible in these times.
I'd like to reassure you that you will be able to continue to (securely) place orders online and over the telephone just as you have done. However, you may need to accept that delivery lead times are extended and outside of our control. We rely on the Calor network to route deliveries for us and, in the event of their business, their staff or drivers, having restrictions imposed on deliveries then we have to work with that. I appreciate this may cause frustration at times but my team and I will be working as hard as we can on your behalf.
